Employee feedback software
Engagement surveys, pulse surveys, and eNPS, filed by the fit the vendor page names. Pages opened 9 October 2026. Take the two demo questions into the call.
Buyers usually sort companies into under 100 employees, 100 to 999, and 1,000 or more. A tool is listed when the cited page uses a size or situation that can sit next to one of those bands. Where the page says "mid-market" or "SMB" and gives no headcount, the label keeps the page's words.
The methodology is a person reading the sentence against the vendor page. Account floors come from the pricing page in that section. When a public page lists no dollar amount, the entry says where the figure came from. FeedbackPulse is filed with growing companies and SMBs, for lean teams that want a simple setup, up to about 200 people.

- Account floor
- Standard starts at $4,999 USD a year for new customers.
- Cited page
- Workleap: Officevibe surveys for SMBs
Workleap's Officevibe page titles the product as employee survey and feedback software for SMBs, and says teams can collect anonymous feedback through pulse and custom surveys.
Account minimum. The pricing page lists Standard starting at $4,999 USD and Pro starting at $11,999 USD. The footnote says plans are billed annually and the prices apply to new customers. Enterprise is custom, and the page points organizations with more than 250 employees to that tier. The published floor for a new Standard account is $4,999 a year.

The same page also sells recognition cards and an AI coach. Ask which of those sit in the survey plan and which are separate products.
Ask on the demo
- Which employee counts does Workleap mean by SMBs, and is there a minimum seat count?
- How is anonymity handled for a small team, including any minimum number of responses before a manager can see results?

Growing companies and SMBs
FeedbackPulse
- Account floor
- Pro is $4 per employee per month, billed annually. No dollar account minimum.
- Cited page
- FeedbackPulse homepage
FeedbackPulse's homepage says the product gives teams of 10 to 200 a faster feedback rhythm of pulse surveys, trends, and signals managers can act on the same week, and that teams need something simple enough to launch and repeat every month.
Account minimum. The pricing page does not set a dollar minimum to open an account. Pro is $4 and Max is $8 per employee per month when billed annually, with a free trial of Pro for larger teams. A free plan is $0 a month for up to 10 people.

Enterprise pricing is custom. The homepage names teams of 10 to 200, so confirm that band still matches the company. A free plan exists at $0 a month for up to 10 people and 5 surveys. It is not the plan a growing company should assume.
Ask on the demo
- For a team under 200, does the pulse and eNPS cadence you want sit on Pro at $4, or on Max?
- What does the quote include before enterprise pricing, and what does the 10-person free plan leave out?
Checked 9 October 2026.
Growing companies and SMBs
Leapsome
- Account floor
- No dollar account minimum. One price per employee per month, no setup fees.
Leapsome's growing-companies page calls the product an HRIS and talent platform for growing companies, says its AI brings guidance into reviews, goals, and surveys, and asks what problems it solves for SMBs.
Account minimum. The pricing page charges one price per employee per month and says there are no setup fees. It does not state a dollar account minimum. Engagement Surveys are listed at €4 per employee per month on the euro price list.

Engagement is described as a module that can be added later. A buyer who only wants surveys should confirm that module is in the proposal, not only in the site navigation.
Ask on the demo
- Is the engagement survey product included in this quote, or is it a later module?
- What employee count does Leapsome use for growing companies and SMBs on the contract you are shown?
Checked 9 October 2026.
Microsoft 365 enterprise subscription, 50-seat minimum
Microsoft Viva Glint
- Account floor
- $2.00 per user per month, paid yearly, with a 50-seat minimum.
- Cited page
- Microsoft Viva Glint
Microsoft's Viva Glint page says the product runs organization-wide surveys for employee engagement, and that buyers add it through an existing Microsoft 365 enterprise subscription.
Account minimum. The Viva Glint page lists the product at $2.00 per user per month, paid yearly, with an annual commitment. The FAQ on that page says there is a 50-seat license minimum. At that published rate, 50 seats is $1,200 for the year.

The same page sets a 50-seat license minimum and recommends at least five respondents before a manager sees scores and ten before comments. A 50-seat floor is not a 1,000-employee company.
Ask on the demo
- Does your Microsoft 365 tenant already meet the enterprise-subscription prerequisite, and is 50 seats the floor on this quote?
- Which survey types named on the page (engagement, lifecycle, exit, 360) are included at the price you are shown?
Checked 9 October 2026.
Office-based and deskless employees
Workday Employee Voice
- Account floor
- No published price or account minimum. Request a demo.
- Cited page
- Workday: employee engagement
Workday's employee engagement page says personalized surveys are meant to make every employee feel heard, and that feedback can reach office-based or deskless employees in over 60 languages via desktop, mobile, kiosk, Slack, or Microsoft Teams.
Account minimum. The employee engagement page does not publish a price or an account minimum. It asks you to request a demo.

The page does not name a company-size band. Deskless coverage is a channel claim, so test kiosk and mobile against a site that matches yours before you treat it as included.
Ask on the demo
- Which of desktop, mobile, kiosk, Slack, and Teams are included for deskless employees on the proposed plan?
- Does this engagement survey require other Workday products before it can be turned on?
Checked 9 October 2026.
Enterprise
Culture Amp
- Account floor
- Public page lists no dollar amount. A consulting call put the floor above $10,000 a year.
- Cited page
- Culture Amp: enterprise page
Culture Amp's enterprise page says Central Surveys lets parent organizations design one survey with standard questions and enterprise-grade privacy, while subsidiary teams handle rollout.
Account minimum. The plans and pricing page does not list a dollar amount. Its FAQ says pricing depends on the number of employees, the product chosen, and the service tier, and that products are billed annually. A recent consulting call with a New York nonprofit put the account minimum above $10,000 a year. That organization later moved to FeedbackPulse, which does not set a dollar minimum to open an account.

The page leads with performance management and does not give a 1,000-employee line. Confirm that Central Surveys is the engagement product in the quote, not a separate add-on.
Ask on the demo
- Is Central Surveys part of the enterprise package you are being shown?
- How does survey privacy work for a subsidiary team compared with the parent organization?

Employee experience programs
Qualtrics EX
- Account floor
- No published dollar amount. The price is requested.
- Cited page
- Qualtrics: employee experience
Qualtrics' employee experience page lists Employee Engagement and Pulse Surveys, and its FAQ says the product captures workforce voice across surveys, pulse checks, and lifecycle moments rather than stopping at data collection.
Account minimum. The pricing page does not publish a dollar amount or an account minimum. It asks you to request a price. For employee experience, the page says the pricing metric is based on employee count.

The page does not name a company-size band or a price. Ask for the headcount and the cost before you treat Qualtrics EX as the default for a large organization.
Ask on the demo
- Which listening channels (annual survey, pulse, lifecycle) are included in the proposed EX package?
- What headcount and contract term does Qualtrics require for this employee experience program?
Checked 9 October 2026.
Questions before you shortlist
What counts as employee feedback software here?
A public page that describes engagement surveys, pulse surveys, or eNPS. The fit under each name is the segment or situation that page uses, such as growing companies, SMB, mid-market, or enterprise.
Where do the account minimums come from?
From the pricing page linked under each tool, opened on 9 October 2026, with a screenshot of that page. When a public page lists no dollar amount, the entry says where the figure came from.
How should I use the order of the list?
The order is the order the pages were filed. Start with the fit that matches the company in front of you, then take the two demo questions into the call.
What is still outside this guide?
Performance, HRIS, learning and development, 360 feedback, and 1:1s have their own guides. Recognition-only products stay off this page unless the cited page shows they run engagement surveys.
