Top HR software: top employee feedback software.
Filed from the vendor page. This page can help you start with top HR software across employee engagement, performance, 360 feedback, 1:1s, HRIS, employer of record, and learning and development. The deep guide is top employee feedback software. FeedbackPulse is filed only where its own page supports the fit.

A compass helps you find your bearings before you choose a path. Use this guide the same way: start with your people, check the terrain, and take a clear next step.
Set your destination
Name the job you need the software to do. Better listening, a clearer review cycle, or a reliable employee record each leads to a different shortlist.

Who this shortlist is for
This page is for an HR or people lead who already has a stack and is choosing the listening tool. You might have a spreadsheet of names from a colleague, a note from finance about budget, and a demo on the calendar. You do not need another homepage that calls every suite complete.
Start with the buying job in front of you: engagement surveys, performance reviews, an HRIS, an employer of record, or a learning system. The question is which product matches the company you have, using the segment the vendor page names.
Bring the guide into the demo. The account floor on the engagement guide tells you whether the first conversation is about a published price or a request for one. The two questions at the end of each entry are the gaps the vendor page left open. 360 feedback, 1:1s, and employer of record have their own shortlists: 360 feedback software, 1:1 software, and employer of record.
What top HR software means here
People searching for top HR software are usually mid-shortlist. They already know they need a system. They need a smaller set of names, the page those names come from, and the questions to ask before a contract.
The live guides cover these jobs a vendor page can describe:
- Employee engagement: surveys, pulse, and eNPS.
- Performance: self and manager reviews.
- HRIS: the employee record the page describes, including payroll or benefits when the page says they are part of the product.
- Employer of record: employing a person in a country where you do not have an entity.
- Learning and development: a learning system, not a review form.
Buyers often sort companies into under 100 employees, 100 to 999, and 1,000 or more. A tool is listed when the cited page uses a size or situation that can sit next to one of those bands. Where the page says SMB or mid-market and gives no headcount, the label keeps the page's words.
FeedbackPulse is filed only in the jobs its pages describe. ATS and rewards platforms stay off until a cited page supports that buying job. The vendor page has to support the fit.
How to read the shortlist
Use the row as a filing card, then open the guide entry before you treat the name as a candidate.
- Match the brass fit to the company in front of you. A small-team plan and an enterprise survey program answer different calls.
- Read the account floor before you book time. Some pages publish a dollar minimum. Some publish a seat minimum. Some ask you to request a price.
- Look at the pricing screenshot, then open the linked page and confirm the number still matches.
- Take the two demo questions with you. They are the checks the cited page did not settle.
Account floors in this top HR software list
An account floor is the minimum the pricing page states before a new customer can open the product. The lines below were read on 9 October 2026. When a public page lists no dollar amount, the guide says where the figure came from.
- Workleap, Small and mid-size businesses (SMBs). Standard starts at $4,999 USD a year for new customers.
- FeedbackPulse, Growing companies and SMBs. Pro is $4 per employee per month, billed annually. No dollar account minimum.
- Leapsome, Growing companies and SMBs. No dollar account minimum. One price per employee per month, no setup fees.
- Microsoft Viva Glint, Microsoft 365 enterprise subscription, 50-seat minimum. $2.00 per user per month, paid yearly, with a 50-seat minimum.
- Workday Employee Voice, Office-based and deskless employees. No published price or account minimum. Request a demo.
- Culture Amp, Enterprise. Public page lists no dollar amount. A consulting call put the floor above $10,000 a year.
- Qualtrics EX, Employee experience programs. No published dollar amount. The price is requested.
A published floor is a starting point for the conversation, not the quote you will sign. Ask whether the number is per employee, per year, or a custom enterprise schedule, and whether the survey module sits inside that number.
What to settle before the demo
Top employee feedback software pages often bundle surveys with performance, recognition, or a wider HR suite. The shortlist keeps the survey claim and leaves the bundle as a question.
- Ask which employee count the vendor means by SMB, mid-market, or enterprise. If the page did not give a range, do not invent one in the notes you take to finance.
- Ask whether engagement surveys are in the proposed plan or a module added later. A platform page can mention surveys in the navigation while the quote leaves them out.
- Ask how anonymity works for a small team: how many responses a manager must have before scores or comments appear.
- Ask which channels are in the plan for deskless employees: desktop, mobile, kiosk, Slack, or Teams. A language count on the page is not the same as a kiosk in the contract.
- Ask what a seat minimum means for your company. A 50-seat license is a purchasing floor. It does not mean the product is built for a 1,000-person organization, and it does not mean a 40-person team can skip it.
When the pricing page says to request a price, the account floor is unpublished. Put the headcount and the contract term in the first email so the first call is about a number, not a tour.
The free guide repeats these checks under each name, next to the screenshot of the page they came from. Use the homepage to pick the fit. Use the guide to prepare the call.
How a sentence gets on the page
- 1
Open the vendor page named in the sentence and read the line against that page.
- 2
Keep the fit in the page's own words: SMB, mid-market, enterprise, deskless, or a stated headcount.
- 3
Add the caveat and two questions to ask on the demo before the page goes up.
Questions before you open the guide
What does top HR software mean here?
Top HR software, on this site, is one buying job at a time. The live guides are employee engagement, performance, 360 feedback, 1:1s, HRIS, employer of record, and learning and development. A name appears when a public vendor page names a segment or situation a buyer can match. FeedbackPulse is filed only in the jobs its own pages describe.
What is included in top employee feedback software?
The guide includes a tool when the cited page describes engagement surveys, pulse surveys, or eNPS. The label beside the name keeps that page's words, such as growing companies, SMB, mid-market, enterprise, deskless employees, or an employee experience program. Each entry has the account floor, a screenshot of the pricing page, a caveat, and two questions for the demo.
How should I use the order of the list?
Start with the fit that matches the company in front of you, then open that review. The review has the account floor and two questions for the demo. The order is a reading order.
Who pays to be on this list?
See the affiliate disclosure. A person opens the vendor page named in the sentence, checks the line against that page, and only then does the page go up.
