Key takeaways
- The cycle needs a self review, a manager review, reminders, and a way to see who is unfinished.
- FeedbackPulse describes that cycle for growing teams.
- Lattice, Leapsome, and Culture Amp describe heavier programs. I file them beside the page, not above it.
- Goals and 360s can be in the same product. They are separate checks.
Performance review software is the system that opens a cycle, chases the unfinished forms, and closes the cycle with a record. I file a product when I can point at that description on its own site.
The cycle I expect to see
FeedbackPulse’s performance page describes structured self and manager reviews, cycle controls, reminders, and completion reporting for growing teams. That is enough to file it on the performance guide under growing companies and SMBs. I do not add a calibration story the page does not tell.

Leapsome
Heavier programs stay on their own pages
Lattice’s performance page is written for HR teams running the program. Leapsome’s reviews page is part of a broader people suite. Culture Amp’s enterprise page leads with performance. I link those pages from the guide. I do not collapse them into one score.
What sits next to the review
A 360, a goal, and a 1:1 can share a login. I still check them separately in 360 feedback, goals, and 1:1s. Buying the review does not mean those three are in the plan you were quoted.
Surveys are a different guide
Several of these products also sell engagement surveys. If that is the job, use the engagement guide. I do not let a review form stand in for a pulse.
